“Are YOU quarantined?”

“ELIGIBLE FOR SICK LEAVE”

The employer is obliged to take necessary steps to ascertain employee’s illness. He can demand employee to be quarantined for certain number of days to prevent uncontrolled dissemination of the illness. Due to the apprehension of spreading Covid 19, it is recommended to stay at home avoiding continuation of the chain.
