SPECIAL RESOLUTION FOR EMPLOYMENT STABILITY


UAE Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratization issued a special resolution for employment stability in private sector during the period of application of precautionary measures to curb the spread of Novel Coronavirus. All establishments should comply with the latest resolution stipulating remarkable changes in employment structure. The changes can be implemented in short term or long-term subject to the agreement between employer and employee. The resolution also provides a virtual labour market, on which job seekers can register and search for jobs.

The new resolution came into force from 26/3/2020. Below highlighted are the major changes, which can be made in the existing employment contracts.
