Indian Government published a landmark notification on 17th January 2020. As per the noitifcation, civil decrees passed by courts in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) can now be executed in India.

UAE Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratization issued a special resolution for employment stability in private sector during the period of application of precautionary measures to curb the spread of Novel Coronavirus. All establishments should comply with the latest resolution stipulating remarkable changes in employment structure.
